Children tap their keycard as they board. Parents get a notification the moment their child is on the bus, and again when they alight.

The actual buses, drivers, food and cafeteria staff. We’re a software + ops layer on top of what your school already runs.
No setup fee
We add Bus + Meals to your existing SoT site in 24 hours. No hardware install for the school.
Cancel anytime
Bus + Meals is annual but cancellable. We don’t lock schools in.
From the bus stop to break time
06:45 — Bus leaves the depot
Driver opens the Driver app. The route lights up live on the school office screen.
07:10 — Parent gets the 5-min ping
Mum sees “Tomas’s bus is 5 min away”. She walks Tomas to the stop instead of waiting outside.
07:14 — Tomas taps on
Mum gets the boarding notification. Tomas’s seat is logged for the day.
08:00 — Tomas taps in at school
Attendance auto-fills. Cafeteria already knows what Tomas pre-ordered for lunch.
10:30 — Snack break
Tomas taps for a snack. Allergy check flashes for the cafeteria. Parent sees the spend in real time.
14:00 — Bus home
Bus loops the school. Mum gets the alighting notification when Tomas’s stop comes up.
