NFC + QR keycards. Optional but recommended — they replace registers, library cards, cafeteria tokens and behaviour points all at once.


$10 — Bus + Meals / student / year

Optional. Live GPS bus tracking, cafeteria pre-orders, allergy alerts, daily kitchen report. Only if you run buses or a cafeteria.

Software: $0. Keycards: $1,000 one-off ($5 x 200). Bus + Meals: skip. Total: $1,000 one-off.


ESG, 500 students

Software: $0. Keycards: $2,500 one-off. Bus + Meals: $5,000/year. Total: $2,500 one-off + $5,000/yr.


Private, 300 students

Software: $0. Keycards: $1,500 one-off. Bus + Meals: $3,000/year. Total: $1,500 one-off + $3,000/yr.
