What we need from you

    Just so we can label your site — e.g. “Escola Sample, Dili”.

    Headmaster name + email

    This will be the first admin account. The headmaster can add other staff later.

    Roughly how many students

    So we know what scale of import to expect — round numbers are fine.

    Click submit

    We email you a sign-in link within minutes, and a “what next” guide in Tetum + English.

The first week

From signup to a working school



Day 1 — Sign up

2-minute form. You get a sign-in link and the sub-domain .students.oftimor.com.


Day 2 — Roster

Upload a spreadsheet of students, parents and teachers. Or we’ll import it for you — send us the file.


Day 3 — Teachers

Teachers download the Teacher app, sign in, see their classes. We host a free 30-minute training call.


Day 4+ — Parents

Send parents the sign-up link. They install the Parent app, see their child’s day.



What you don't need

No prep, no procurement, no IT



No server room

We host you. Backups are nightly and encrypted. Your school doesn’t run any hardware.


No procurement process

The software is free. There’s no contract, no PO, no purchase order to chase.


No training day

Teachers learn from the app itself; a free 30-min call covers the rest. Most schools are running by lunchtime on day 2.

Quick answers before you start



Do we need our own domain?

No. You get .students.oftimor.com automatically. If you have your own domain, we can map it later — free.


What if we use a different SMS already?

No problem. We import rosters from any major school management system — Eskooly, Edmodo, Google Classroom, or a paper register. Tell us what you use.


Who can sign up?

Any school in Timor-Leste — public or private, EBC, ESG, EST or boarding. The headmaster typically signs up; teachers can add classes themselves.


What if we want to try first?

Sign up — there is nothing to commit to. Use it for a term; if it doesn’t suit, your data exports as CSV in one click and we close your site.
