A short form in Tetum or English. Parents can start on a phone, finish on a computer.

Birth certificate, last school report, vaccination card. Photos from the phone are accepted.

Parents see Received, Under review, Interview booked or Decided — never left in the dark.

Headmaster sees pending applications grouped by year group. Approve, reject or request more info.

Approved applicants become students with one tap. Class assigned, keycard queued, parent invited.

Set the cap per year group. The form closes itself when full and warns the office before that.
